Dimensions listed for each item are approximate based on the original made in that color/series. The felt is measured the same size each time but some lots of felt can stretch a little more than others (or not at all and this factors into the size). In general, they run on the larger size of the approximate sizes published.

If there are ever any issues with the wreath, please contact me. I do show a no return policy but I also want everyone to be happy and will do what I can to resolve any issues.

All wreaths are made by hand and will shift during shipping. Please view this link for a brief guide on how to quickly get it back into shape. You can also just contact me & I’ll walk you through it.

The felt used by Plan Bee Home is fade-resistant, mold and mildew proof (indoors or out) according to the manufacturer.

The body of most wreaths are made of felt that was manufactured using 100% post-consumer recycled materials (unless specified otherwise). This felt is machine washable so spot cleaning with water or a mild detergent should be fine. For wreaths with embellishments added, use caution.

All felt attached to a metal base. The back of each wreath is totally covered in felt & should not scratch your door or wall. It can be easily attached to a wreath hanger, hook or nail by the covered metal frame.

Short answer: Yes.

While I always suggest placing wreaths in a covered area, buyers have reported that they have hung wreaths outdoors for months at a time (fully exposed to elements) and they have been fine. I personally tested it and I’ve had no issues (so far), despite the constant rain and heat.

I do still encourage buyers to keep wreaths with embellishments and/or flower wreaths in a covered area. Glue is used on wreaths with embellishments added and stars used for flag wreaths may fade or change colors if exposed to the sun for a long period.

All wreaths are made to order. Please review the estimated arrival time before placing your order. All orders are non-refundable. Discounts and refunds will no longer be offered unless I cannot meet the expected ship-by date.

Shipping Options

Shipping options will not increase or decrease production time.

Plan Bee Home ships via UPS ground (except addresses with PO Box). Shipping upgrades are available upon request.

Exchanges will be considered if you contact me within 3 days of receipt of your wreath. Item must be returned within 5 days with the tag attached (as received). You must contact me first.
Refund/exchange credit will be issued for the wreath cost once the return is received. The buyer is responsible for any shipping fees.

Items typically ship in a box that is smaller than the total wreath size. Boxes are selected based on metal wreath base size. Smaller boxes are selected to save on shipping costs and they also help to keep wreaths from shifting too much during shipping.
