All wreaths are made to order. Please review the estimated arrival time before placing your order. All orders are non-refundable. Dimensions listed for each item are approximate based on the original made in that color/series. The felt is measured the same size each time but some lots of felt can stretch a little more than others (or not at all and this factors into the size). In general, they run on the larger size of the approximate sizes published.

While I always suggest placing wreaths in a covered area, buyers have reported that they have hung wreaths outdoors for months at a time (fully exposed to elements) and they have been fine. I personally tested it and I’ve had no issues (so far), despite the constant rain and heat.

Felt used is made of post consumer recycled materials.  It is water, fade, mildew and mold resistant.

I do still encourage buyers to keep wreaths with embellishments and/or flower wreaths in a covered area. Glue is used on wreaths with embellishments added and stars used for flag wreaths may fade or change colors if exposed to the sun for a long period.

The felt used by Plan Bee Home is fade-resistant, washable, and mold and mildew-proof (indoors or out) according to the manufacturer.

Most felt used was manufactured using 100% post-consumer recycled materials (unless specified otherwise). This felt is machine washable so spot-cleaning with water or a mild detergent should be fine. For wreaths with embellishments added, use caution.

Any wreath images shown on Plan Bee Home Etsy listings, social media accounts, and planbeehome.com are actual photos taken by me of products handmade by me. All items are handmade in the USA. All images shown are owned by Barbara Higgins, Plan Bee Home and Plan Bee Home 2 and you are prohibited from using them on other retail sites.

Technically, there is a no return/exchange policy. Exceptions could be made.

• Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted if the tags are removed. 
• Exchanges/Returns are considered if you contact me within 2 business days of receipt.  Items must be shipped back in their original condition within 2 days of our agreement.
• Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees for returned or exchanged items. 
• Returns- refund will be issued for the item cost, less all shipping fees + 5% of the item cost upon receipt of return.
• Exchanges- if applicable, a refund for overpayment will be issued upon receipt of the return. 
• Return labels are available upon request.

Shipping options will not increase or decrease production time. Plan Bee Home ships via UPS ground (except addresses with PO Box). Shipping upgrades are available upon request.

The standard door size is 36″ x 80″. This is the approximate amount of space you would have on either side of your wreath once centered can be found on the wreath size guide page.

All felt attached to a metal base. The back of each wreath is totally covered in felt & should not scratch your door or wall. It can be easily attached to a wreath hanger, hook, or nail by the covered metal frame.  I NEVER use foam!

Wreaths typically ship in a box that is smaller than the total wreath size. Boxes are selected based on size of the metal base. Smaller boxes are selected to save on shipping costs and they also help to keep wreaths from shifting too much during shipping.

All wreaths are made by hand and may shift during shipping. Please view this link for a brief guide on how to quickly get it back into shape.
